As standard, parcels do not come with a tracking number, however if you would like to have your order shipped via a trackable method at an additional cost i have included the option for you to upgrade to tracked shipping.  Which is available to choose at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped it usually takes approx 7 to 10 working / business days for delivery.  However, delivery times are not guaranteed and occasionally it may take longer for your packet to reach you, especially during busy periods

International Customers - please be aware of currency exchange rates, the amounts shown are in UK GBP Pounds, due to currency differences the amount in your currency may be higher or lower.

Please check your shipping address is correct at checkout, In the event of a parcel been returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer is entitled to a refund less postage paid or must pay postage again.

Customs Charges - All orders are shipped directly from the UK

Please be aware that overseas customers are responsible for any customs or import duties. These are charged by local customs agencies once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control of these charges.

We are not responsible for any customs charges, this is the buyers responsibility. We will not refund postage if item is returned due to customs fee not been paid.
